La reserva de cupo se confirma mediante el pago de una seña equivalente al 30% del valor total de la experiencia.

La seña será totalmente reembolsable hasta 40 días corridos antes de la fecha de inicio de la travesía.

EN: The deposit is fully refundable up to 40 calendar days prior to the departure date of the expedition.

En caso de cancelación entre 39 y 15 días antes de la fecha de inicio, la organización retendrá únicamente el importe de la seña abonada.

EN: In the event of cancellation between 39 and 15 days prior to the departure date, the organization will retain only the deposit amount paid.

 

En caso de cancelación entre 14 y 7 días antes de la fecha de inicio, se retendrá el 50% del valor total de la reserva.

EN: In the event of cancellation between 14 and 7 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the total reservation value will be retained.

En caso de cancelación con menos de 7 días de anticipación, no presentación ("No Show") o abandono voluntario de la travesía una vez iniciada, no corresponderá reintegro alguno.

EN: In the event of cancellation less than 7 days prior to the departure date, no refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued in the event of a no-show or voluntary withdrawal from the expedition once it has commenced.

 

Los importes abonados podrán ser transferidos a otra persona hasta 7 días antes de la salida, sujeto a aprobación de la organización y disponibilidad operativa.

EN: Amounts paid may be transferred to another participant up to 7 days prior to departure, subject to approval by the organization and operational availability.

 

La organización podrá evaluar situaciones excepcionales debidamente justificadas, sin que ello implique obligación de reintegro.

EN: The organization may evaluate duly justified exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, without any obligation to provide a refund.

 

En caso de suspensión o reprogramación por causas de fuerza mayor, condiciones climáticas extremas, restricciones gubernamentales o cualquier circunstancia que impida el desarrollo seguro de la actividad, la organización podrá reprogramar la salida o emitir un crédito equivalente al importe abonado para futuras experiencias.​​

EN: In the event of cancellation, postponement or modification due to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions or any circumstance that prevents the safe operation of the expedition, the organization may reschedule the departure or issue a credit equivalent to the amount paid for use on future experiences.
